1. Nature and use of information collected
In order to offer you the full range of our Services, we may need to collect the following information:
(i) Information you provide: When Serious Factory requests that you complete a form, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, e-mail address and a password), which we then store in encrypted form on secure servers.

Personal information is processed by Serious Factory servers, in France and in other countries. In some cases, processing may be carried out on a server located outside your country of residence.

We may communicate to third parties certain aggregated and anonymous information, such as the number of users searching for a specific term or the number of users having clicked on a given hypertext link. This information cannot be used to identify you.
4. Information security
Serious Factory implements all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of data.
Access to personal information is strictly limited to Serious Factory employees, subcontractors and agents who need access in order to operate, develop or improve our Services. These persons are subject to confidentiality obligations.
